FAQ / WIDEWAY

Outdoor play equipment sourcing, answered.

Clear answers on OEM and ODM programs, MOQ, samples, safety testing, materials, payment terms, and production lead times for distributors and sourcing teams.

Commercial terms

Trade terms, payment structure, and model-level MOQ.

Which trade terms do you offer?

We commonly quote EXW, FOB, CFR (also called CNF), and CIF. The available option depends on the destination, order volume, and shipping scope. The final Incoterm and named port or place will be confirmed on your quotation.

What are your standard payment terms?

Our standard term is a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. The final payment schedule and banking details will be stated on the confirmed order documents.

What is the MOQ for OEM or ODM products?

The normal starting point is 1,000 pieces or sets per item. Actual MOQ depends on the product, packaging, material, tooling, and customization scope, so we confirm it at model level before quotation.

OEM, ODM & samples

Customization scope, sample service, and approval timing.

Can you develop OEM or ODM products?

Yes. We can review changes to colors, components, labels, manuals, accessories, and retail packaging, as well as new product concepts. Feasibility, tooling, MOQ, testing, samples, and approval steps are confirmed against the selected model and destination market.

Do you offer product samples?

Yes. We can provide samples of existing designs and develop customized samples. Sample cost, freight, specification, and approval requirements are confirmed before sample production begins.

How long does a sample take?

A sample normally takes about 7 to 15 days after the specification, payment, and required artwork or color details are confirmed. Complex tooling or testing requirements may extend the schedule.

Quality, safety & materials

Issue handling, factory evidence, product testing, and FSC material.

What is your product warranty and issue-resolution process?

Products are inspected before shipment and should arrive in the agreed condition. If you find an issue, send the model and order details, photos or video, and the batch code. We will review the evidence promptly and propose a resolution. Warranty scope and duration are confirmed by product and contract.

Which factory audit and sourcing documents are available?

Factory due-diligence documents may include BSCI, SMETA, and FSC-related evidence, depending on the requested scope and current validity. Ask for the report or certificate number, issue date, covered facility or material, and the complete readable file before relying on any document.

Can your outdoor play products pass safety tests?

We develop products for destination-market requirements and regularly use checks such as UV exposure and load testing. Compliance is product-, configuration-, market-, and standard-specific. Tell us the destination and required standard so we can confirm the applicable test plan and available reports.

Do you use non-toxic materials and offer FSC-certified wood?

We use buyer-ready materials and water-based coatings where specified. FSC-certified material can be supplied subject to sourcing and document availability. Confirm the exact material, coating, chain-of-custody requirement, and destination-market standard for the selected product.

Lead time & protection

Production scheduling and confidential-information safeguards.

What is your production lead time?

Production normally takes about 15 to 45 days after the deposit and all product, artwork, packaging, and sample approvals are complete. Timing varies by model, quantity, customization, testing, and seasonal capacity, so the confirmed quotation will state the working schedule.

How do you protect confidential designs and commercial information?

We can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before confidential drawings, branding, or commercial information is exchanged. The purchase order, approved specifications, artwork, and inspection criteria should also record the agreed scope and responsibilities.
