Meta and Instagram data deletion instructions
Longteng Content Discovery is an internal research tool operated by Ningbo Longteng Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. It uses an authorized Instagram business account to find public, business-relevant content for topic research.
Data covered by this request
A request may cover the connected Instagram business account identifier, public source URLs, public account names, short content summaries, public engagement metrics, collection timestamps, and related research records. The app is not used to read private messages or publish content to Instagram.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Meta data deletion request".
- Include the Instagram business username or Facebook Page name concerned and, where possible, the public URLs or records you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents by email.
- We will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the business account, remove the applicable records from active systems, and confirm completion by email. Residual backup copies are not used and expire through the normal backup-retention cycle.
Disconnecting access
An authorized business administrator may also remove the app or revoke its permissions in Meta Business Settings. If you ask us to disconnect the account, we will also revoke or delete the corresponding stored access credentials under our control.
